Doctors have been telling their patients that there is no cure for diabetes, they both right and wrong at the same time, they are right in the sense that diabetes cannot be cured by modern medicine all that modern medicine could come up with was insulin shots and that does not solve the problem, that's just a quick fix.

Type 1 diabetes is a congenital autoimmune disease that destroys the pancreas' ability to produce insulin, the amino acid integral in synthesizing glucose.

Type 2 diabetes is an acquired resistance to insulin that can occur due to a variety of conditions including obesity, pregnancy or other endocrine deficiencies. While there are no diabetes cures, there are a variety of treatments that can make both major types manageable.

Natural forms of supplements can be very useful to the body. One supplement that can help improve your insulin sensitivity is Magnesium. Vitamins C and E are also very beneficial for anyone suffering from diabetes.

High fiber diet is recommended too. Fresh fruits instead of juices are good as they contain more fiber. Milk products are also good but choose those low fat or non fat dairy products. Among the foods that you need to avoid is refined sugar, white flour, meat and dairy products that are high in fat.

Water therapy. Water is also known to be one of the natural treatments for diabetes through hydrotherapy or what they call hot tub therapy. The treatment for diabetes is more often than not, conducted using conventional medicine. There are some people who appear to believe wholeheartedly in complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) in the treatment for diabetes.

Find out which foods maintain your blood glucose levels and prevent hypoglycemic reactions (low blood sugar).

Fiber - There are two basic types of fiber–soluble and insoluble. Soluble fiber forms ? gel in your digestive tract that slows the metabolism of food. Soluble fiber keeps you full for a longer period of time and prevents blood sugar fluctuations and can also help lower blood pressure. Legumes, vegetables, barley and oat bran are good source of soluble fiber.

Insoluble fiber moves quickly through the digestive system, taking toxins and excess water with it. These foods can relieve constipation, hemorrhoids and digestive problem. Whole grains, cereals, vegetables and fruits are a good source of soluble fiber.

Protein - According to the American Diabetes Association, people with diabetes mellitus have no more need for protein those who are not diabetic. Many diabetic diets tout ? high-protein, low-carbohydrate diet plan, yet many diabetics have high blood pressure and could continue to elevate blood pressure by focusing solely on protein.

Take juice of bilva and parijataka leaves in equal parts for normal remedy of diabetes. Take two teaspoons of it twice a day.
